Yuna Retail Center is a 12,000 SF multi-tenant retail building in Tomball, TX, designed to anchor a growing suburban corridor with flexible storefront spaces and a welcoming pedestrian frontage.
Texas Asbuilts provided architecture and engineering services for the new retail center, combining tilt-wall and traditional steel construction to deliver a durable, cost-effective shell that accommodates a wide range of future tenants.
The facade pairs stacked stone bases and brick veneer with prominent storefront glazing, hipped roof accents, and signage bays sized for clear tenant identity from the street.
