Who We Are
Texas Asbuilts is a full service architectural studio that specializes in professional asbuilt drawings of existing buildings.
Clients come to us when their drawings are out of date, when the originals cannot be found, or when no drawings were ever produced. We measure what is actually there and turn it into documentation the whole project team can rely on.
Our architectural background is paired with current measuring and drafting technology, which is what makes the drawings useful for planned additions, renovations, facilities management, leasing, permits, and archiving. We document both commercial and residential buildings.
Founded in 1998 to serve real estate brokers, building owners, and property managers, we have grown from a small local business into a nationally known asbuilt documentation studio serving multi-site retail and restaurant chains, investment firms, property managers, engineers, fire protection designers, and interior designers.

How We Work
Our Process
Every engagement starts with a conversation about the property, the scope, and what you plan to do with the drawings. That determines how we measure and what we deliver.
For multi-site programs, we test the plan on sample locations first and adjust the deliverables before rolling out across the portfolio. You get progress updates throughout, including any issues we find in the field.
When the project wraps, we stay available to answer questions and update documentation as your buildings change.

Field Survey
Our surveyors measure the property and record conditions. Visit length depends on size and complexity.
Drafting & Review
We draft the drawings, prepare supporting documentation, and review deliverables against the agreed scope.
