Texas Asbuilts provided architecture, engineering, and as-built services to convert the existing high-rise into updated apartment units while preserving the building's distinctive massing and street presence.
The renovation introduced refreshed common areas, including a fitness center, resident lounges, and a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of downtown Mobile and the surrounding tree canopy.
