Burgers Worth Fighting For. Burger Libre is a franchise concept by Gringo's Mexican Kitchen, themed around Lucha Libre wrestling and serving brutally awesome burgers, fries, and tacos.
Texas Asbuilts provided architecture and engineering services for the 2,200 SF restaurant build-out in La Porte, Texas. The design supports a fast, friendly customer flow with a clear order and pickup counter, an open-concept kitchen, comfortable dining areas, and restrooms.
The exterior leans into the brand with bold vertical color bands of turquoise, orange, magenta, and red, while the interior carries the Lucha Libre theme through graphic murals, playful signage, and a vibrant material palette that gives the space its own identity.
